Description
Sandra-Jeanne Lara-Golliot is a civil servant.
At the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques, she was director of major digital projects such as the impôts.gouv portal.
She then led several interministerial missions to simplify public action and digital transformation, and was CIO of a major government operator/agency. She is currently working on a transition assignment, as well as finalizing her thesis at ESSEC business school on the subject of optimizing the organization of an information systems department to best support the digital transformation of public bodies.
