NOCODE SUMMIT 2022 TICKETS STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE
The sale of tickets on this site is handled by HelloAsso SAS au capital de 356 570 € registered at the trade registry of Bordeaux under the number 510 918 683 with its principal place of business at Cité Numérique, 2 Rue Marc Sangnier, 33130, Bègles available at firstname.lastname@example.org which was enlisted to do so by the association SYNDICAT FRANÇAIS DES PROFESSIONNELS DU NOCODE, whose registered office is at 320 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, organizer of Nocode Summit 2022, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer". SYNDICAT FRANÇAIS DES PROFESSIONNELS DU NOCODE is also the publisher of the website https://www.nocode-summit.org/. The sale of tickets is accessible to anyone interested in Nocode.
1.1. The purpose of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale is to set forth the terms and conditions applicable to the reservation and purchase of tickets for the Nocode Summit 2022 event taking place from Thursday 29 September 2022 to Friday 30 September 2022, hereafter “the Event”.
The Event shall take place as a physical Event and as an online Event:
Both the physical Event and the online Event are together referred to as “the Services”.
1.2. These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the whole of the single agreement between the parties, and supersede any prior agreement(s) concerning the same subjects as those dealt with in this agreement.
2. Acceptance and modification of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
2.1. Registration on the https://www.nocode-summit.org/ website and the acquisition of a ticket implies prior acceptance by the user participating in the Event of the version of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale in force and the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Confidentiality Chart of HelloAsso (https://www.helloasso.com/), and places them under an obligation to strictly comply with the said terms. A user who acquires a ticket to the Event is hereinafter referred to as "the Participant". The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and any new version thereof are accessible at https://www.nocode-summit.org/tickets-terms-conditions.
The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale are binding on the Participant who acknowledges, by ticking a box provided for this purpose, to have had knowledge and accepted them before placing the order.
The validation of the order by its confirmation is worth adhesion by the Participant to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the day of the order, which conservation and reproduction are ensured by the seller in accordance with the French law.
2.2. Ticket is only accessible to Startups, Attendees, Investors and Groups as defined in article 5.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to update and modify the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In case of modification of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, the applicable ones are those in force at the date of the order, no recourse being available to Participants in this case.
3. Dates and location of the Event
3.1. The various conferences, workshops and events are being proposed in the context of Nocode Summit 2022 Event, which will commence on Thursday September 29th 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to Friday September 30th 2022 1:30 a.m and end on Friday September 30th 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Entrance will be closed 30 minutes before the time limit (5.30 pm on Thursday and Friday). Nevertheless, the Organizer may close the access to the Event before this time and limit for safety reasons particularly when the maximum reception capacity is reached.
3.2. Nocode Summit 2022 should take place in Paris, at the Cloud Business Center located 10 bis Rue du 4 septembre, 75002 Paris France, or depending on the development of the pandemic and the general health context, at a more appropriate place in Paris or its suburb regarding the compliance with potential rigorous health protocol.
3.3. Nocode Summit 2022 shall also take place online on the Nocode Summit Platform. The Nocode Summit Platform shall give access to online networking and meetings, live conference during the Event and replay and online booth of exhibitors. It shall be available a few days before the Event, during the Event and after the Event. Once the Nocode Summit Platform becomes available, each Participant shall be informed by email.
4. Access to the Event and the workshops and sessions on offer
4.1. The acquisition of a Full access ticket 1 day, Full access ticket 2 days and Open to work ticket by the Participant gives access to the physical Event under the conditions defined in Article 5.2 and to the Nocode Summit Platform.
4.2. The acquisition of a Student ticket by the Participant gives access to the physical Event under the conditions defined in Article 5.2.
4.3 The acquisition of a Remote ticket by the Participant gives access to the main stage conferences online under the conditions defined in Article 5.2.
4.4. After the acquisition of a Full access ticket 1 day, Full access ticket 2 days, Open to work ticket and Remote ticket, the Organizer shall send a link by email to the Participant in order to create an account and to access the Nocode Summit Platform according to the ticket features available.
Only one account can be created by the Participant. The person whose personal information corresponds to that provided on the registration form is considered to be the Participant, to the exclusion of any other third party. It is understood that in the event that the account is opened by a legal entity, said account will be validly operated by any duly authorized person.
The Participant therefore undertakes to use the Nocode Summit Platform personally and to bear full responsibility for any use that will be made of his account. The Participant is furthermore responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password and expressly acknowledges that any use of the Nocode Summit Platform from his account will be deemed to have been made by them.
In the event that the Organizer notices that an account has been used by someone other than the Participant, the Organizer shall inform the Participant and shall have the right to take all appropriate measures and notably, at its own option, to interrupt access to Nocode Summit Platform for the Participant.
4.5 Access to the conferences and workshops and online sessions is include for Full access ticket 1 day, Full access ticket 2 days, Open to work ticket and Remote ticket except in cases where access is limited with specific conditions or where access is limited to persons with a personal invitation. Participants are always invited to check on Nocode Summit 2022 website whether prior registration by name is required in order to be able to attend certain workshops or conferences or online sessions. Access to session rooms, workshops, and events will be possible within the limit of the places available. Some online sessions may also be subject to the limit of places. The Organizer cannot under any circumstances guarantee participants that they will be able to have access to their chosen sessions, workshops and events. The Organizer advises participants to go to the room or place of the conference in advance before the time indicated on the schedule.
4.5. The titles of sessions, workshops, conferences, or events may be changed up until the day of the Event. In the event of modification of the description of conferences, workshops or events, the Organizer will publish if needed the new description for each workshop, session, conference or event that has been changed on the https://www.nocode-summit.org website.
4.6. Due to the professional purpose of some exhibition halls or online sessions (ie. press, speakers rooms, exhibitors, VIP lounges) the Participant is informed and accepts that access to these halls or online sessions are not allowed for public entrance / participation.
4.7 At the Event location, use of radiocommunication equipment is strictly forbidden and must be submitted to the Organizer for prior authorization.
5. Prices of tickets sold online
Depending on the health context, the Full access tickets may also be sold on location during the exhibition Nocode Summit 2022.
All orders of tickets on this website are payable solely in euros. The Organizer has entrusted HelloAsso with the task of securely processing online payments proposed on this website. Participants are invited to comply with the transaction procedure proposed to them, it being specified that orders will be confirmed and binding on the Organizer once the Participant receives a receipt by email confirming that the order has been validated.
The acquisition online of tickets is available only on this official website. No other website publisher is appointed to sell tickets whatever the kind of these tickets. The Organizer shall not be liable if Participants are unable to access Nocode Summit 2022 due to the acquisition of tickets by a parallel and a non-appointed online retailer. In the same way, the Organizer will not be liable in the case of a purchase from resellers on the fly.
Participants are consequently invited to keep their ticket counterfoil.
5.2. Tickets categories
The Full access ticket 1 day includes full access to all the events for the day of the Participant’s choice + Event Party Thursday evening.
The Full access ticket 2 days includes full access to all the events for 2 days + Event Party Thursday evening.
The Open to work ticket is exclusively reserved for job seekers only upon mandatory proof of job seeker status anytime requested on site. It includes full access to all the events for 2 days + Event Party Thursday evening.
The Student ticket is exclusively reserved for students only upon mandatory proof of student status anytime requested on site. It includes access to the Nocode Summit only Friday afternoon (from 1.00PM to 6.00PM).
The Remote ticket includes access to all the conferences from the Main Stage only online. No physical access to the conference is permitted with this ticket.
At any time the Organizer shall have the right to check that the conditions for access to each category are met by the Participant. Otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Event or the right to charge the supplement if the conditions for access to the lower price are not met.
At any time, the Organizer shall propose promotional prices and/or offers for a definite period. As the case may be, conditions and period of validity of such promotional prices and/or offers will be subject to a specific advertising on the official website of Nocode Summit 2022. Promotional prices and/or offers shall not be applicable retroactively.
HelloAsso is a social and solidarity company, which provides for free its payment technologies to SYNDICAT FRANÇAIS DES PROFESSIONNELLES DU NOCODE. During the purchase process, a contribution to the functioning of HelloAsso, modifiable and optional, will be proposed to the Participant before the validation of her/his payment. This free and optional amount will not give rise to any reimbursement for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of cancellation of the Event.
The payment receipt with transaction details corresponding to their purchase will be issued by HelloAsso on behalf of Nocode Summit 2022 to professional Participants. Participants may download their receipt from the link included in the email of confirmation that will be sent to them at the end of the acquisition process.
6. Additional services
As the case may be additional optional services offered by the Organizer shall be invoiced to the Participant if such optional services are selected by the Participant. Detailed information related to the additional services will be available later.
7. Cancellation or reimbursement
7.1. No right to withdraw
The sale of tickets to the Participant will not give the latter any right to withdraw from their purchase. The sale will therefore be definitive as from the time of payment of the price. Distance selling of tickets to the Event via the website opened by the Organizer will not give purchasers any right to withdraw from their purchase. According to French law, professionals have no right of withdrawal. On top of that, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in respect of contracts for leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. The sale of tickets will therefore be firm and final once the purchase has been validated by the Participant and confirmed by the Organizer, and no reimbursement or exchange will be possible if the Participant is unable to attend the Event.
7.2.Tickets shall not be sold or transferred to third parties by the Participant and are personal.
7.3. Postponement of the Event by the Organizer
If the Event is postponed by the Organizer, the cost of the ticket will not be reimbursed but the ticket will remain valid for the new date set for the Event. Participants are therefore requested to keep their proof of purchase and/or ticket. Moreover, no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.
7.4 Changes in the organization of the Event stemming from the pandemic and health context
Given the current context of the health crisis and its uncertain evolution, the Participant is informed and agrees that some modifications to the organization of the Event may be decided by the Organizer.
Among these modifications, Event programs, speakers, topics, platform, format and dates may be changed because of circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control and may necessitate substitutions, modifications, postponements, or cancellations notably to the content, speakers, venue, timing, platform or dates of the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to the Participant for any cost incurred neither for any reimbursement of the ticket.
The Organizer may decide to change the place of the Event in order to comply with a particularly rigorous sanitary protocol. In this case, as far as the Event still takes place in Paris and its suburbs, the ticket will not be reimbursed and no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.
In the unlikely event that Nocode Summit 2022 is postponed or canceled, your ticket will be transferred to next year’s event unless you apply for a refund within 6 months of our announcement.
The Organizer shall endeavor to notify the Participant as soon as reasonably practicable of any cancellation, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the website.
Illness (even in case of COVID-19 positivity), inability of the Participant to access the physical Event (even in case of COVID-19 contact) or inability of the Participant to access the online Event because of circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer or due to disruptions in telecommunications / internet networks, compatibility of the Participant's information systems with the Nocode Summit Platform, the tickets will not be reimbursed and no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.
8. Force majeure
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or for any delay in performance of, or failure to perform under, these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay is due to acts and circumstances which are unforeseeable and beyond its control according to article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
As a consequence, any event or circumstance that prevents access to the Event between Thursday 29 September 2022 and Friday 30 September 2022 inclusive, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, rioting, terrorism and the implementation of government measures associated, for example, with the Vigipirate plan (France's national security alert system), or Organizer’s decision to cancel the Event taking into account imminent risk for safety, health and security of people and assets, will release the Organizer from its obligations. The tickets will not be reimbursed and no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.
9. Safety & health measures
If the Participant is unable to access the Event owing to failure to comply with safety or health instructions or safety or health measures required for entry to the premises hosting the Event, the Participant cannot obtain a refund for the price of their ticket. Consequently, Participants are responsible for checking, in particular by consulting the Organizer's website, what safety-related obligations or health-related obligations Participants will be required to comply with in order to access the Event venue.
The health and safety of our attendees remain our priority. Given the health context related to COVID-19, events in France are subject to a health protocol.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to introduce weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharps or blunt objects and generally any object likely to serve as projectile, any dangerous object, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature. Any offender commits responsibility and is subject to prosecution. In addition, any person who violates this prohibition or is likely to cause a disturbance to the organization of the Event and/or to the security of the property and persons will be excluded immediately. No refund of the ticket or compensation of the person concerned will be due.
The Organizer reserves the right to vary or alter these conditions without prior notice.
10. Decent behavior & Anti-Harassment Policy
Nocode Summit 2022 brings together the best nocode actors to ignite positive change in business and for society. The Event shall be safe, respectful and enjoyable for everyone.
Therefore, Participants are expected to comply with this policy, based on principles of inclusion, equality, diversity and respect. They shall conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur.
The Organizer prohibits bullying or harassment of any form, including, but not limited to:
The Organizer prohibits actions or behavior that impact a Participant safety and wellbeing, including, but not limited to:
The above-mentioned actions are strictly forbidden. If a Participant engages in the above-mentioned behavior, the Organizer may take any action he deems appropriate, including expelling the offender from the Event with no refund, temporarily or permanently suspending access to the Nocode Summit Platform, removing a post or a contribution on an account related to the Event, without prejudice to any legal claims that the Organizer may assert.
If a Participant experiences or witnesses any unprofessional or inappropriate behavior while attending the Event, they shall contact the Event staff and/or shall report it to the Organizer by emailing at email@example.com. The Organizer will take all concerns raised seriously and shall deal with the incidents in the strictest discretion.
11. Personal data
The Organizer collects and processes personal data relating to the Participants for the purposes of managing the relationship with these Participants.
12. Image rights
Attendees at Nocode Summit 2022 are informed that photographic and / or audiovisual records may be made by the Organizer and / or exhibitors, press throughout the Nocode Summit 2022 event and in all areas open to the public (session rooms, exhibition area, VIP Lounge, and outdoor spaces in particular).
In this context, the attendees recognize and accept
(a) that their image can be captured in photographs and / or films that will be produced
(b) that the photos and films can be reproduced and represented on any media, because of the distribution rights by the Organizer or the exhibitors of any photo or film of a information, documentary (ie : podcasts videos) or promotional nature related to the Event for any current or future edition of the Event. These broadcasts are authorized for any media or medium, by all means and technical forms known or unknown to date, for the whole world.
13.1 Animals are not allowed in the Event under any circumstance, unless the Participant has a disability, when the Participant may be accompanied by a guide, assistant or companion animal.
13.2 Photography with flash and video recording is permitted for private purposes and for press purposes only, using hand-held equipment. Tripods and monopods are not permitted in any part of the exhibition. In special circumstances a permit may be granted by the Organizer.
13.3 The Participant is responsible for their personal belongings (including camera, computer, handbag, etc.) and the Organizer's responsibility will not in any case be incurred in the event of loss, theft or deterioration.
14. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
14.1. These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with the French law. In case of translation and contradiction with another language, only the French version will prevail.
14.2. Any dispute that may arise concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of the said Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale will, if a prior attempt to reach an out of court settlement has been unsuccessful, be subject to the exclusive competence of the courts falling within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
