NOCODE SUMMIT 2023 TICKETS STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

The sale of tickets to the Nocode Summit 2023 is handled by HelloAsso SAS with capital of 356 570 € registered at the trade registry of Bordeaux under the number 510 918 683 with its principal place of business at Cité Numérique, 2 Rue Marc Sangnier, 33130, Bègles, France, whose contact address is contact@helloasso.com.

HelloAsso SAS was enlisted to do so by the association Syndicat Français des Professionnels du Nocode, whose registered office is at 320 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, the organizer of the Nocode Summit 2023, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer". The Organizer is also the publisher of the website https://www.nocode-summit.org/ (hereinafter the “Site”).

1 - Purpose

1.1. The Organizer has established these terms and conditions (the "Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale") applicable to the reservation and purchase of tickets giving access to the Nocode Summit 2023 event, a global event dedicated to NoCode and LowCode technologies, and other services as detailed in Appendix 1 (hereinafter “Ticket”),  taking place from Tuesday 10th of October 2023 to Wednesday 11th of October 2023 (hereafter the “Event”). The Event will take place as a physical Event and an online Event.

1.2. These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the conditions of purchase of Tickets providing access to the Event, as well as the conditions of use of a Ticket by a Ticket holder.

2 - Scope and enforceability

2.1. The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to any purchaser of a Ticket. The purchase of a Ticket is open to any natural person aged over 16 years or to any authorized legal person, as the case may be, in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. A person who acquires a Ticket to the Event is hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".

2.2. These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the whole of the agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreement(s).


3 - Acceptance

3.1. Registration on Site and acquisition of a Ticket implies prior acceptance by the Participant of the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy of HelloAsso (https://www.helloasso.com/). 

The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at https://www.nocode-summit.org/tickets-terms-conditions and are binding on the Participant who acknowledges, by ticking a box provided for this purpose, to have had knowledge and accepted them before placing the order.

The validation of the order is deemed agreement by the Participant to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order.

3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to update and modify the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In case of modification of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, the applicable terms are those in force at the date of the order.

4 - Dates and venues of the event

4.1. The Event shall take place as a physical and as an online Event:

  • at Station F and La Félicita  Paris, France;
  • on the online “Nocode Summit Platform” available at :

4.2. The physical Event may take place with an alternative location or mode, as set out in Article 7.5.

4.3. The Event shall also take place online on the Nocode Summit Platform. The Nocode Summit Platform shall give access to online networking and meetings, live physical session during the Event and replay and online booth of exhibitors. Once the Nocode Summit Platform becomes available, each Participant shall be informed by email.

4.4. The various physical or online sessions and events are being proposed in the context of the Event. The Organizer can’t guarantee their access if the entrance is made within 30 minutes before their scheduled hour, in order to comply with entry formalities and security checks. Nevertheless, the Organizer may close access to the Event before this time limit for safety reasons, particularly when the maximum capacity is reached. The Organizer may put in place security measures, including but not limited to a security perimeter (for anti-terrorism and any other risks) and/or health measures (e.g. COVID-19 protocol). If Participants are late, they may be denied access or subjected to further delay before being allowed to access the venue where the corresponding session is taking place. If such a situation should occur, no reimbursement or compensation will be issued by the Organizer.

5 - Access to the venues and sessions

5.1. The acquisition of a:

  • SUPER EARLY BIRD | 2-Day Pass; 
  • EARLY BIRD | 2-Day Pass;
  • REGULAR | 2-Day Pass;
  • SUPER EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Tuesday, October 10;
  • EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Tuesday, October 10;
  • REGULAR | 1-Day Pass | Tuesday, October 10;
  • SUPER EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Wednesday, October 11;
  • EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Wednesday, October 11;
  • REGULAR | 1-Day Pass | Wednesday, October 11;
  • Job Seeker Pass;
  • 1-Day Association Pass | Tuesday, October 10;
  • 1-Day Association Pass | Wednesday, October 11;
  • 2-Day Association Pass;
  • 1-Day Group Pass (+5 people) or 
  • 2-Day Group Pass (+5 people)

by the Participant gives access to the physical Event and to the Nocode Summit Platform under the conditions defined in Appendix 1.

5.2. The acquisition of a Student Pass by the Participant gives access to the physical Event under the conditions defined in Appendix 1.

5.3 The acquisition of a Remote Pass by the Participant gives access to the physical sessions online under the conditions defined in Appendix 1.

5.4. The acquisition of a:

  • VIP option and/or
  • Female Entrepreneur Tour option

by the Participant gives additional access to the physical Event under the conditions defined in Appendix 1.

5.5. After the acquisition of a Ticket, the Organizer shall send a link by email to the Participant in order to create an account and to access the Nocode Summit Platform according to the Ticket features available.

Only one account can be created by the Participant. The person whose personal information corresponds to that provided on the registration form is considered to be the Participant, to the exclusion of any other third party. It is understood that in the event that the account is opened by a legal entity, said account will be validly operated by any duly authorized person.

The Participant undertakes to use the Nocode Summit Platform personally and to bear full responsibility for any use that will be made of his/her account. The Participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her login and password and expressly acknowledges that any use of the Nocode Summit Platform from his/her account will be deemed to have been made by him/her.

In the event that the Organizer notices that an account has been used by someone other than the Participant, the Organizer shall inform the Participant and shall have the right to take all appropriate measures and to interrupt access to the Nocode Summit Platform for the Participant.

5.6. Access to session rooms and events in person will be possible within the limit of the places available. Some online sessions may also be subject to availability. The Organizer cannot under any circumstances guarantee the Participant that he/she will be able to have access to his/her chosen sessions and events. The Organizer advises the Participant to pre-register for their favorite sessions on the NoCode Summit Platform and to go to the room or place of the physical session in advance before the time indicated on the schedule.

5.7. The topic of online or physical sessions, or events may be changed up until the day of the Event. In the event of modification of the description of physical sessions or events, the Organizer will publish the new description for each online or physical session or event that has been changed on the Site.

5.8. Due to the professional purpose of some exhibition halls or online sessions (ie. press, speakers rooms, exhibitors, VIP lounges) the Participant is informed and accepts that access to these halls or online sessions are not allowed for public entrance/participation.

5.9. At the Event venues, the use of radiocommunication equipment is strictly controlled and must be submitted to the Organizer for prior authorization.

6 - Additional services

As the case may be, additional optional services offered by the Organizer shall be invoiced to the Participant if such optional services are selected by the Participant. 

7 - Cancellation or reimbursement

7.1. No right of withdrawal

The sale of Tickets to the Participant is firm and final once the purchase has been validated by the Participant and confirmed by the Organizer, and no reimbursement or exchange will be possible, including if the Participant is unable to attend the Event.

7.2. All Tickets are nominative, ie: made out in a person’s name. Tickets are personal and may not be sold or transferred to third parties by the Participant.

7.3. Postponement of the Event by the Organizer

If the Event is postponed by the Organizer, the cost of the Ticket will not be reimbursed but the Ticket will remain valid for the new date set for the Event. Participants are therefore requested to keep their proof of purchase and/or Ticket. No indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.

7.4 Cancellation 

In case of cancellation of the Event, the Organizer will automatically reimburse the Participant of the face value of the Ticket. The Participant agrees that no fees or sums other than the face value of the Ticket may be claimed from the Organizer. The Participant agrees that the definitive cancellation of the Event shall not confer any other right to any claim nor compensation of any kind against the Organizer.

7.5 Changes in the organization of the Event stemming from the pandemic and health context

Given the current context of the health crisis and its evolution, the Participant is informed and agrees that some modifications to the organization of the Event may be decided by the Organizer, including  for health and safety purposes.

Among these modifications, Event programs, speakers, topics, platform, format and dates may be changed because of circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control and which may require substitutions, modifications, postponements, or cancellation. The Organizer reserves the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to the Participant for any cost incurred, nor for any reimbursement of the Ticket.

The Organizer may decide to change the place of the Event in order to comply with health and safety protocols. In this case, if the Event still takes place in Paris and its suburbs, the Ticket will not be reimbursed and no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.

In the unlikely event that the Event is postponed or canceled, your Ticket will be transferred to the next year’s event unless you apply for a refund within six (6) months of our announcement.

The Organizer shall endeavor to notify the Participant as soon as reasonably practicable of any cancellation, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Site.

Illness, inability of the Participant to access the physical Event or inability of the Participant to access the online Event because of circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer or due to disruptions in telecommunication /internet networks, compatibility of the Participant's information systems with the Nocode Summit Platform, the Tickets will not be reimbursed and no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer. 

7.6. General provisions

Any refund made by the Organizer pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 will only be made to the Participant on the bank account (or onto the credit card, as applicable) used to pay for the Ticket(s) concerned.

8 - Liability

8.1. Malfunctions and errors during the sale process

The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, due to inaccessibility, or any system crash, or software bug that may affect the Site and any malfunction affecting the network resulting in particular from (i) the malfunction of any hardware or communication lines, (ii) transmission, downloading issues and/or loss of e-mail and, more generally, problems causing any data loss, (iii) problems downloading the Ticket online (the “e-Ticket”) notably resulting from internet issues, (iv) any failure from the Organizer’s suppliers and/or third parties and (v) any failed transaction and/or refused means of payment, as such circumstances are beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.

8.2. Limitation of liability

Any arrangements relating to travel, accommodation and subsistence in order to participate to the Event and/or a session remain the sole responsibility of the Participant, to the absolute exclusion of any responsibility or liability on the part of the Organizer, even in case of sessions postponement, interruption, cancellation etc. 

Under no circumstances may the Organizer be held liable for any indirect damage or loss caused by the Organizer, including for any business losses, any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity and more generally any indirect or unforeseeable damage.

9 - Force majeure

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any failure to comply with these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, or for any delay in performance of, or failure to perform under, these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale where such failure or delay is due to acts and circumstances which are unforeseeable and beyond its control according to article 1218 of the French Civil Code (hereinafter a “Force Majeure Event”).

As a consequence, any event or circumstance that prevents access to the Event between Tuesday 10th of October 2023 and Wednesday 11th of October inclusive, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, rioting, terrorism and the implementation of government measures associated, for example, with the Vigipirate plan (France's national security alert system), or Organizer’s decision to cancel the Event taking into account imminent risk for safety, health and security of people and assets, will release the Organizer from its obligations. Any decisions of governmental, administrative or judicial authorities, national or international, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic or epidemic will be deemed, without limitation, to constitute Force Majeure Event. The Tickets will not be reimbursed and no indemnification will be paid by the Organizer.

10 - Safety and health measures

If the Participant is unable to access the Event owing to failure to comply with safety or health instructions or safety or health measures required for entry to the premises hosting the Event, the Participant cannot obtain a refund for the price of their Ticket. Participants are responsible for checking, in particular by consulting the Site, which safety-related obligations or health-related obligations Participants will be required to comply with in order to access the Event venue.

The Participant agrees to submit to any Ticket checks, as well as to any other screening, including but not limited to, any security screening, electronic or physical pat-down, visual and/or electronic inspection of his/her personal belongings, at the entrance and/or within the venues, in accordance with all applicable regulations. Participants accept and acknowledge that in the event of refusal to submit to such identity and security checks, or to any health test that may prove necessary due to the circumstances, their access to the venue may be refused and no reimbursement or compensation will be issued by the Organizer.

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to introduce weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects and generally any object likely to serve as projectile, any dangerous object, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature. Any offender commits responsibility and is subject to prosecution. In addition, any person who violates this prohibition or is likely to cause a disturbance to the organization of the Event and/or to the security of the property and persons will be excluded immediately. No refund of the Ticket or compensation of the person concerned will be due.

11 - Prohibited conduct

Participants are expected to comply with Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, based on principles of inclusion, equality, diversity and respect. They shall conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur.

The Organizer prohibits bullying or harassment of any form, including, but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written comments related to sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, religion;
  • Creating or sharing obscene, threatening, abusive, violent, racist, insulting, slanderous, denigrating, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, pornographic content;
  • Creating or sharing content that amounts to justification for crimes against humanity, content that is likely to incite to racial, religious or ethnical hatred, to violence or terrorism, Intimidation; 
  • Cyberbullying; 
  • Sending mass messages; 
  • Recurrent sending of unsolicited messages.

The Organizer prohibits actions or behavior that impact a Participant safety and wellbeing, including, but not limited to:

  • Facilitating any violence or criminal behavior;
  • Promoting any criminal or violent activity;
  • Sexual exploitation of children or adults;
  • Stalking or persistent following;
  • Inappropriate language and/or physical contact and unwelcome sexual intention;
  • Showcasing or promoting suicide and self-harm;
  • Engaging in behavior or actions that are considered threatening.

The above-mentioned actions are strictly forbidden. If a Participant engages in the above-mentioned behavior, the Organizer may take any action he deems appropriate, including expelling the offender from the Event with no refund, temporarily or permanently suspending access to the Nocode Summit Platform, removing a post or a contribution on an account related to the Event, without prejudice to any legal claims that the Organizer may assert.

If a Participant experiences or witnesses any unprofessional or inappropriate behavior while attending the Event, they shall contact the Event staff and/or shall report it to the Organizer by emailing at contact@sfpnocode.org. The Organizer will take all concerns raised seriously and shall deal with the incidents in the strictest discretion.

12 - Personal data

The Organizer collects and processes personal data relating to Participants for the purposes of managing the relationship with these Participants.

The modalities for collecting and processing Participants’ personal data are detailed in the Organizer Privacy Policy available on this webpage: https://www.nocode-summit.org/privacy-policy.

For security reasons, the Participant acknowledges and accepts that venues may be equipped with video surveillance cameras. These images may be used as required in judicial proceedings against any person. In accordance with Article L.253-5 of the French Internal Security Code, any interested person has a right of access to such images which may request such access during the specified storage period via letter to the operations director of the venue in question, or to CNIL at the following address: CNIL – 3 place Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.

13 - Image rights

13.1. Participants at the Event are informed that photographic and/or audiovisual records may be made by the Organizer and/or exhibitors, and the press throughout the Event and in all areas open to the public (session rooms, exhibition area, VIP Lounge, and outdoor spaces in particular).

In this context, Participants recognize and accept that:

  1. their image can be captured in photographs and/or films that will be produced; and
  2. the photos and films can be reproduced and represented on any media, because of the distribution rights by the Organizer or the exhibitors of any photo or film of an information, documentary (i.e. podcasts videos) or promotional nature related to the Event for any current or future edition of the Event. These broadcasts are authorized for any media or medium, by all means and technical forms known or unknown to date, for the whole world.

13.2. Participants may exercise their right of access, rectification and deletion of their image free of charge in accordance with the conditions set out in our Privacy Policy available on this webpage: https://www.nocode-summit.org/privacy-policy.

13.3. Participants may take or record still and moving images and/or sounds within the venue only for their personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional use. Participants shall not transmit or distribute (or otherwise provide to a third party) any moving images and/or sounds taken or recorded within the venue over television, radio, the internet (including on social media and by livestreaming), or any other electronic media whether now existing or created in the future with new technology, without the Organizer’s prior consent.

13.4. The Participant hereby assigns to the Organizer any and all rights he/she may have in and to the still and moving images and sounds he/she has taken or recorded within the venue, for the sole purpose of enforcing these rights against unauthorized exploitations of the Event, the session and/or the venue. This assignment is made without further authorization from, or compensation to, the Participant or anyone acting on the Participant’s behalf, for the entire world and for the legal duration of the corresponding rights.

14 - Miscellaneous

14.1 Animals are not allowed in the Event under any circumstance, unless the Participant has a disability, when the Participant may be accompanied by a guide, assistant or companion animal.

14.2 Photography with flash and video recording is permitted for private purposes and for press purposes only, using hand-held equipment. Tripods and monopods are not permitted in any part of the exhibition. In special circumstances a permit may be granted by the Organizer.

14.3 The Participant is responsible for his/her personal belongings (including camera, computer, handbag, etc.) and the Organizer's responsibility will not in any case be incurred in the event of loss, theft or deterioration.

14.4. Should any stipulation of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale be ruled to be invalid or non-applicable by a court or competent judicial authority, the invalidity or non-applicability of any such stipulation shall not in any manner affect the other stipulations of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall remain applicable.

15 - Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

15.1. These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with the French law. In case of translation and contradiction with another language, only the French version will prevail.

15.2. Any dispute that may arise concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of the said Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale will, if a prior attempt to reach an out of court settlement has been unsuccessful, be subject to the exclusive competence of the courts falling within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.



Appendix 1 – Purchase of Tickets


  1. Tickets categories

Participants can purchase different types of Tickets to the Event:

  • the SUPER EARLY BIRD | 2-Day Pass, EARLY BIRD | 2-Day Pass, REGULAR | 2-Day Pass, 2-Day Association Pass, 2-Day Group Pass (+5 people)  include 2-day access to the in-person event such as entry to all conferences, entry to the exhibition area, invitation to the NoCode Summit Party, enhanced experience via mobile app, breakfasts and lunches;
  • SUPER EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Tuesday, October 10, EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Tuesday, October 10, REGULAR | 1-Day Pass | Tuesday, October 10, 1-Day Association Pass | Tuesday, October 10, SUPER EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Wednesday, October 11, EARLY BIRD | 1-Day Pass | Wednesday, October 11, REGULAR | 1-Day Pass | Wednesday, October 11, 1-Day Association Pass | Wednesday, October 11 and 1-Day Group Pass (+5 people)  include 1-day access to the in-person event such as entry to all conferences, entry to the exhibition area, invitation to the NoCode Summit Party, enhanced experience via mobile app, breakfasts and lunches on Tuesday, Oct 10, 2023 or Wednesday, Oct 11, 2023 as written on the ticket purchased by the Participant.
  • the Job Seeker Pass is exclusively reserved for job seekers only upon mandatory proof of job seeker status at the time of purchase of the ticket. It includes 2-day access to the in-person event such as entry to all conferences, entry to the exhibition area, invitation to the NoCode Summit Party, enhanced experience via mobile app, breakfasts and lunches;
  • the Student Ticket is exclusively reserved for students only upon mandatory proof of student status anytime requested on site. It includes 1-day access to the in-person event on Wednesday, Oct 11, 2023 such as entry to all conferences, entry to the exhibition area, enhanced experience via mobile app, breakfast and lunch;
  • the Remote Ticket includes access only to all the online live sessions on the NoCode Summit Platform. No physical access to the session is permitted with this Ticket;
  1. Tickets options

Participants can purchase different types of Options on Tickets to the Event:

  • the VIP option is available on 1-Day Passes, 2-Day Passes, Job Seeker Pass, 1-Day Group Pass (+5 people) and 2-Day Group Pass (+5 people) and includes Priority Access + Arranged meetings + Enhanced Exhibitor List + Customized guided tour of exhibitor booths; and
  • the Female Entrepreneur Tour is available on 1-Day Passes, 2-Day Passes, Job Seeker Pass, Student Pass, 1-Day Group Pass (+5 people) and 2-Day Group Pass (+5 people) and includes a guided tour of the exhibitors' booths.

At any time, the Organizer shall have the right to check that the conditions for access to each category are met by the Participant. Otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Event or the right to charge the supplement if the conditions for access to the lower price are not met.

  1. Tickets and Options prices

The acquisition online of Tickets is available only on the Site and payment is processed through our partner HelloAsso. No other website publisher is appointed to sell Tickets whatever the kind of these Tickets. The Organizer shall not be liable if Participants are unable to access the Event due to the acquisition of Tickets by a parallel and a non-appointed online retailer. In the same way, the Organizer will not be liable in the case of a purchase from resellers on the fly.

The bearer of a counterfeit or canceled Ticket will not be permitted to attend any session and under no circumstances may the Organizer be held liable for any acquisition of a fake Ticket or canceled Ticket. 

Participants are consequently invited to keep their Ticket counterfoil.



  1. Tickets availability

The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine the total number of Tickets available for sale. The Organizer may increase or decrease this number at any time. The Organizer further reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or resume the sale of Tickets at any time. No Ticket order may be modified or canceled by the Participant for any reason whatsoever; regardless of any increase or decrease of the total number of Tickets available for sale or the suspension or resumption of Ticket sales. Ticket orders that have been confirmed by the Organizer may not be modified, canceled, exchanged or reimbursed at any time.

At any time, the Organizer shall propose promotional prices and/or offers for a definite period. As the case may be, conditions and period of validity of such promotional prices and/or offers will be subject to a specific advertising on the Site. Promotional prices and/or offers shall not be applicable retroactively.

  1. Payment

HelloAsso is a social and solidarity company, which provides for free its payment technologies to the Organizer. During the purchase process, a contribution to the functioning of HelloAsso, modifiable and optional, will be proposed to the Participant before the validation of her/his payment. This free and optional amount will not give rise to any reimbursement for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of cancellation of the Event.

All orders of Tickets are payable solely in euros and include VAT and any other applicable tax. The Organizer has entrusted HelloAsso with the task of securely processing online payments proposed on its website. Participants are invited to comply with the transaction procedure proposed to them, it being specified that orders will be confirmed and binding on the Organizer once the Participant receives a receipt from HelloAsso by email confirming that the order has been validated. The payment receipt with transaction details corresponding to their purchase will be issued by HelloAsso on behalf of Nocode Summit to Participants. Participants may download their receipt from the link included in the email of confirmation that will be sent to them at the end of the acquisition process.

Depending on the health context, the Tickets may also be sold on location during the Event.
